Open Land Lease Agreements

Lease agreements for landlords and tenants entering into an arrangement to lease open land including; self contained
open land that has no buildings of meaningful value, land with/without security or other fencing, land with hard or other
special surface or rough field, land on which the tenant intends to place a portable or disposable building, caravan parking
but not a site for a residential caravan.
Please do not use for grazing land, an agricultural tenancy or land that is to be developed by the tenant.
